Each cookies is hand iced and decorated with royal icing...made from egg white/meringue powder and icing sugar.

ohhh...this time around, I used Safegg Pastuerized Eggs (offers a safe alternative to shell eggs - free from salmonella & avian influenza).
Yeay! Another alternative discovery & thanks to Google. Love yah!
