Sweet-loving Hydrangeas

Hydrangea (pronunciation: \hī-ˈdrān-jə\) aka Bunga Tiga Bulan aka Bunga Siti Zubaidah

Graceful, unique, mophead flowers, commonly found in China, Korea Japan, the Himalayas, Indonesia, North & South America.

Hydrangea means 'water barrel' because this flower needs lots of water. Comes in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and colors, it can be white, green, blue, red, pink, light purple, or dark purple.

These versatile flowers have become popular wedding flower for today's bride. Do you know that Hydrangeas were the choice of Jennifer Aniston in her wedding with Brad Pitt. Sweet!

This is a soft pastel hantaran cake I made for our dear cousin.

Cake is covered with white rolled fondant and used more than 100 hand-made baby blue hydrangeas.
